Theresa teaches yoga instructors in Orlando in addition to working as a communications director there. She was a bit shy in front of my camera when we met recently at 7th Heaven Yoga in Berkeley to make some pictures for her to use for marketing pieces. She told me it made her feel better to fly all the way across the country, out of her comfort zone, to have the photos taken. Her discomfort vanished, however, as she started doing poses to demonstrate flexibility, strength and balance. She was so clearly focused and at peace in her element.
